Silent Lambs – Victims of the Watchtower Pedophile Cover-up

Started in March of 2001, SilentLambs has been ministering to the needs of those who were victims of abuse in the Jehovah’s Witnesses and Watchtower group. Many of the Jehovah’s Witnesses themselves do not know what has gone on for many years. They have been told that they are involved in “Gods’ Organization†and the things that are happening in other religions are not happening within theirs.
The sad part is that is has happened and still continues today because of the tactics of cover-up the Watchtower has employed. At SilentLambs they provide assistance to those that have been a victim of abuse and work with that person to get their story out. They believe that many of the victims think they are alone and that their story is unique and they should not sound the alarm.

While it is a good service to provide contacts for any victims of abuse you are misreporting the purpose of SilentLambs. After looking at your links it was clear this is an orginization not targeting any one religion or group, rather it is an organization helping all victims. I could not find where they refer to JW’s at all, and it would seem that you would have provided a better service by just stating their availability to help anyone in need. I do not disagree with many of your ideas, but I think you present them in an easily refutable format. More facts and less personal interpretations will get you farther. After reading your site all I can see is a great deal of anger, however legitimate it may be, expressed in an unprofessional way. Sorry if you are offended but this is my view after reading this site. Far too many of your premises have good basis but completly misunderstood and misrepresented in your site. If your only goal is slander than you have succeeded, but if you are trying to educate try a more factual approach.
Misreporting the purpose of Silent Lambs? If you dig a little deeper you will find that the videos are indeed on JW. The fact that you may see this site as anger being vented may point to the fact that you may need to reevaluate your thinking. I’m sorry, but your absolute conviction of this site being and irrefutable site does not mean it has no value. In fact, if you would give a basis of your opinion it would add to the value, but stating it disagreement doesn’t add to anything. Please tell us where you think our facts are wrong. I think you will find that they are backed up by the Watchtowers own docutments. So my question is this, what facts are wrong??
An organization founded by a pedophile will more then likely be a safe haven for others. People should do as much research on a religion before they change there life and the life of there children. I now I wish my parents would have. I have only done a little and I was able to find out that the wonderful founder of the Watchtower Society was divorced by his first wife for sexual misconduct with their foster child.
