Before one can be of the great crowd that is also said to be serving the King they have to as said about the separating work"hear the Kings voice..(ie understand what the issue is..as all the sheep stand judging resulting in everlasting life and not cut off as the goats..the same is a prophecy in psalm 37 about the wicked being cut off and the rightous will inherit the earth and live forever on it..all referring to the same judgement so the revelation , matt and psalms are all about the same, great crowd and sheep are one and the same. like a lot of bible subjects, better and fuller understanding comes from numbers of scriptures that tie in.
